Return & Refund Policy

At Chic and Sunny, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love what you ordered — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request for eligible issues.


What Can Be Returned

We only accept return requests for the following reasons:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is significantly different from the product description

What Cannot Be Returned

All sales are considered final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change-of-mind 
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Orders outside the 30-day window
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at chicandsunny@gmail. com with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit — no return shipment required.

Return Shipping

Since all eligible returns are limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, no return shipping is required. We resolve all approved claims without asking you to ship anything back.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please submit a return request for an eligible issue and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary by institution.
  3. If you've completed both steps and still have no refund, contact us at chicandsunny@gmail.com
