Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days. Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delivery times may vary depending on product availability and carrier conditions.
Shipping Costs We offer the following shipping rates on all orders within the United States:
- Orders under $25: $3.99 flat rate
- Orders $25–$49.99: $5.99 flat rate
- Orders $50 and over: FREE shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been placed.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties As our products are often sourced internationally, your order may be subject to customs inspections. Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chic and Sunny is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages Chic and Sunny is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact us at chicandsunny@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Chic and Sunny is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. A reshipping fee may apply if the package is returned to us.
Order Cancellations Orders aren't able to be cancelled after you place order. After the transmission, your order will have been forwarded to our supplier and cancellation may not be possible.
